You’ve booked a session! Yay! What’s to be expected throughout this experience?

 
 

What if the weather is less than ideal?

If you’ve scheduled an outdoor session and it’s raining, snowing, and/or storming, we can reschedule the session for a better time. If you’ve scheduled an indoor session, we can likely go on as planned unless the roads are in bad condition.


How long does it take for my gallery to be delivered?

Each session is culled when I get back to my computer and from those culled images, I process each individual image. Due to the nature of this process, it generally takes about two weeks for digital galleries to be delivered.


What will our consultation consist of?

During our consultation prior to our session together, we will discuss our vision for the session. This includes location ideas, outfit choices, lighting, and any other details that may be associated with your session.

In-home sessions may require a more in-depth consultation because we will discuss the lighting at specific times of the day and in specific parts of your home so we can determine the best time of day for our special session. I may even request pictures from rooms in your home, so that we can work more efficiently on the day of our session.


Where should I order prints?

Within the online gallery you will receive containing all of your images, there are some beautiful fine-art print options. I highly recommend these products, as I use these print labs for personal prints and products.

Should you want to print your images using a print lab of your choice, I recommend MPIX print lab.


Are you willing to photograph my family at our home?

ABSOLUTELY! I love traveling to family homes for love story, newborn, or family lifestyle sessions because they make the sessions even more special to the family. What’s better than documenting authentic moments of your family in your OWN space? Simply ask about a home place session upon booking so we can make proper arrangements for your beautiful session.
